The dual-sided torque sensor on the Air 20 Pro is incredibly responsive. The assistance kicks in the moment I start pedalling and backs off just as naturally. It genuinely feels like riding a high-end bicycle, not an eBike.

The Bafang auto-shifting motor is brilliant for my hilly Brisbane commute. It detects the incline and shifts down automatically — I barely have to think about it. This is exactly what a smart eBike should do.

The carbon belt drive is whisper quiet and spotlessly clean. No grease, no maintenance, no hassle. After months of daily riding it still runs as smoothly as day one. Outstanding reliability.

The lockout suspension fork is a fantastic feature at this price point. I can engage it for a firm, efficient ride on smooth roads or open it up when the path gets rough. Great versatility for everyday commuting.

The portable seatpost battery is a stroke of genius. I pull it out, charge it at my desk and I'm ready to ride home. The ADO Smart App integration also lets me check battery level and ride stats which is a really nice touch.

Hydraulic disc brakes give me complete confidence stopping in wet Sydney conditions. Sharp, consistent and progressive — never grabby. Combined with the auto-shifting motor this bike is genuinely a pleasure to ride every single day.

I did a lot of research before buying and the Air 20 Pro 2026 stood out as the best value folding eBike in its class. The combination of auto-shifting, dual torque sensing, belt drive and hydraulic brakes at this price is genuinely hard to beat.
