Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from Evo Bikes (evobikes.com.au). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We try to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate, but errors can occur. If an error is found, we'll contact you before processing your order, and you can cancel it for a full refund.

2. Availability

Products shown online may not be available in our store. Stock levels can change; if an item you order becomes unavailable, we'll contact you to offer an alternative, a back-order, or a full refund.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if the item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Use of products

Cycling has inherent risks. Products must be assembled, fitted and maintained correctly and used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Always wear an approved helmet.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding that product.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on our website at the time of your order applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
