Shipping Policy

Dispatch

In-stock items are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Some items are shipped from our supplier's warehouse; these may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout based on your items and address. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier — most metro orders arrive within 2–7 business days of dispatch, with regional and remote areas taking longer.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Bikes & e-bikes

Bikes are shipped boxed and approximately 85% assembled. You'll need to fit items such as the handlebars, pedals and front wheel, and adjust the brakes and gears. We strongly recommend having your bike checked by a qualified bike mechanic before riding.

Click & Collect

You can choose free pickup from our Canterbury store at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect. Please bring your order confirmation.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-delivery charges may apply.
