CYCLUS HEAD TUBE REAMER 1 1/2 (SEE 720000)

CYCLUS TOOLS head tube reamer EC 49.6 (49.6/15/90°), spare cutting head.

With the head tube reamer you can prepare head tubes with an inner diameter of 41.7 mm and a milling depth of 15 mm for the installation of an integrated headset. The angle of the bearing shell seats is 90 °. The milling cutter allows you to create planar and coaxial shell seats in the head tube.

The individual milling cutters were named according to the new naming system S.H.I.S.: (Standardized Headset Identification System). consists of the type of headset and the associated inside diameter of the head tube e.g. EC 34:

EC (External Cup), ZS (Zero Stack) and IS (Integrated Standard).

Note:

– For a complete tool you also need to order the holder for the head tube cutter (item number: 720211) and the cone guide (item no .: 720943).
